Bike stamping - Free (the police department will stamp a bike with the owner's
phone number and register the bike for free)
The City of Havre has a juvenile curfew with the times listed below. These times apply to all juveniles who reside in Havre or visit. These are in effect unless the minor is accompanied with his/her parent or guardian. Havre is also home to District IV Human Resources Development Council (HRDC). This program works closely with the police department by providing valuable resources that help combat domestic violence. HRDC's services include a 24 hour crisis line (265-2222), emergency shelter, womens support groups, emergency transportation as well as many others. HRDC also has several child safety seat technicians that can be scheduled to meet with an individual and fit their newly purchased child seat to their child.
